HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?
Our food and drinks portion sizes have increased over the past 30years. In the 1950's a chip packet was 28g from a takeaway restaurant, today it's 154g.
TIPS:
Eat your main meals off a smaller plate.
Dish up in the kitchen, rather the have serving dishes at the dining table - it's much easier to have seconds when it's right in front of you.
Choose whole foods and cooking from scratch it's much healthier way to eat than buying ready meals which are high in fat and salt but very low in nutrients.
Walking to someone else's desk rather than sending an email.
Parking furthest from the building or taking stairs more often.
Doing house cleaning or gardening.
Taking a walk or cycling with kids instead of watching TV.
Break your sitting time by standing for 5minutes and reap the health benefits.
Move your body, not just once now - and - then but everyday whenever you can.
There is nothing more damaging to a long, health life than smoking, which is estimated as the reason for death or disability in half the people who smoke. Smoking not only cuts your lifespan by affecting your internal organs, but it also ages you on the outside by causing skin damage. It takes courage for smokers to quit smoking.

I think I'll start try to use them more often whenever I can.I strongly suggest that people should try them as well especially us youth. As for smoking, it really painful to see a learner's future destroyed by making a bad choice to smoke, just wish these people have eyes ears though...
